The main new features of Safari 7 for Mac OS are improvements of memory usage and performance. Browser tabs can run in parallel processes. The look and feel has changed for some parts, e.g. for top sites. Push notifications can run built-in, e.g. from twitter.
Apple Safari 7 on Mac OS 10.9 (Mavericks) is now released for NetWeaver 7.02 SP15, 7.30 SP11, 7.31 SP11, 7.40 SP05.
