Hello,
The government published yesterday the NT 2015.003, related to EC 87/2015, and it can be accesed in Portal da Nota Fiscal Eletrônica.
This change deals with the ICMS in interstate operations and included new fields in the groups Products and Services, Taxation of ICMS with CST 90 and Total Value of nota fiscal in the NF-e/NFC-e layout.
The deadlines predicted by the government are:
- Test system: 01/10/15
- Production system: 03/11/15 ( Yes, it's november )
The november deadline is not yet the mandatory date. According to EC 87/2015 the obligation will start in JAN/2016.
