I would like to introduce Mr. Raghavendra Gadhamsetty (SCN Top Contributor for Crystal Reports, and forum moderator for "Crystal Reports Design" forum).
Raghavendra is a Sr. Technical Associate, based out of Hyderabad, India. I had a chance to interview Raghavendra over IM, and share the transcript here:

When I was working as a developer in ASP.NET I got a handful experience of Crystal Reports Designing. Now I am a dedicated Crystal Reports Designer.

Tell us a little bit about yourself, what do you do outside of work?
Gadhamsetty, Raghavendra says:
I am a fun loving guy. I like spending my spare time with my family watching movies and reality shows.

How do you manage to make the time to fit a full time job and active community participation into your schedule?
Gadhamsetty, Raghavendra says:
I spend at least an hour daily to see what all issues have come up with crystal and the new functionalities. Try to solve those issues with my expertise which keeps my brain working.

Where do you spend most of your time on BOC?
Gadhamsetty, Raghavendra says:
Filtering all answered and unanswered threads. I spend my time reading the answered threads whenever I'm free.

This community helps me in lot many ways. I use it as a guide in resolving different issues in Crystal Designing. I keep a track of each and every post (thread) and will make a note of new solutions that I come across for future application.

Many of my friends in the community appreciated for my efforts. That's quite encouraging. I do really believe my posts leave an impact on the readers.

Though I am a chemical engineer I adopted this field with ease. My hard work and dedication to learn new things gives me strength.

Lately I have started learning new aspects of Xcelsius and Universe Designer. So would like to learn more through this platform.

I would suggest them to make it a habit to go through the solutions everyday to improve their knowledge. It's a great platform to share information.
