I'm Shelley Schwartz, an SAP Retail Indistry Senior Solution Engineer and have been with SAP for over 6 years.

This is a picture of me, my husband, Bob and my daughters Emily and Stephanie.

Bob & I live in Tucson AZ and my daughters live in totally different parts of the country!  Emily is in the SF Bay area and Stephanie is in NYC

Fun Fact About Me:

I've traveled to many different countries and tried so many local foods that I don't know exactly what I've eaten at times.

And actually don't really WANT to know!

What was your dream job as a kid?

My dream job was to be an astronaut.  I really wanted to do that, but at the time I was growing up, there were no women in the program.  So my Mom basically said to find something else!  OUCH !  what I love now is that my daughters can do whatever they want to do in life!

What is your favorite place in the world?

I think that Alaska has to rank among my favorites right now.  Just went there this summer and fell in love with it.

The mountains, the water, the amazing skies!  A true treasure and gem that we have to work to keep as wild as possible for the future

What was the most fun project you ever participated in and why?

That had to be working with my kids during their elementary school days and helping develop a curriculum around famous artists and helping to teach the kids.  It was a wonderful experince working with parents to promote our kids eduation and then to be in the classroom and see the kids get so interested in art was truly amazing.

If you could meet any living person on earth, who would it be and why?

I'd love to have met Eleanor Roosevelt, but if I have to have a living person, my asnwer would be that I'd love to meet Hillary Clinton.  She's an amazing woman who has broken so much ground and now has probably the world's most interesting job as Secretary of State.  She's smart, articulate, stands up for women and I'd love to have a conversation with her about world events, her take on politics and civility today, as well as being a powerful woman in the world and what that meant for her personally.

In keeping the BIF going, I am asking the following questions:
