Earlier in 2013 we have ran two webcasts introducing the ASAP implementation methodology V8. First session focused on introduction of traditional (or as we call it Standard) ASAP methodology for plan-based project delivery. Second webcast introduces Agile version of the ASAP methodology for SCRUM-based implementation of SAP projects.
You can review the slides and recording of both sessions by following the links below. Let us know what you think.
ASAP Methodology V8 – Deep Dive into Methodology Framework for SAP projects and services
In December of 2013 SAP released major update to the ASAP Methodology. The ASAP 8 Methodology provides single, consistent, scalable, prescriptive framework for efficient delivery of SAP services and projects. With ASAP 8 Methodology users gain access to the methodology content, prescriptive delivery guidance, project accelerators and guides. In this webinar you will learn about the key enhancements in ASAP 8 that help reduce time to value in SAP projects. The topics presented will include project acceleration techniques, assets for Agile implementation, guidance for efficient solution design with application visualization (iRise) and approach to incremental build for rapid delivery of value.
ASAP 8 Agile – Deep dive into the Agile version of the ASAP methodology
This session will introduce participants to the recently launched Agile version of the ASAP methodology. Agile ASAP delivers structured guidance for the Agile approach to SAP implementation with iterative cycles, frequent validation of requirements, and other tools in the ASAP methodology framework. The session will discuss proven project acceleration techniques that help project teams reach a better understanding of the requirements and business objectives. You will learn how the Agile ASAP methodology can be used in your SAP implementation including examples from a comprehensive compilation of use cases from Agile ASAP adopters. Jan Musil will present a recommended path to the adoption of Agile in an SAP environment.
