This document will briefly explain how users of ASAP 8 can enable the compatibility mode in IE 10. *This issue can also be resolved by switching to Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
1. To enable compatibility mode, first click on “Tools” (Alt+X) in the top right corner of Internet Explorer.
2. Select Compatibility View Settings.
3. Then press “add”, to add the current website to the Microsoft compatibility list.
4. Please refresh the page (Ctrl+R), after all previous steps have been completed.
