Wow, it hardly seems possible that the inaugural Best Practices for Automotive conference was almost a year ago.  Our first conference in Detroit was hugely successful with close to 400 participants, the majority being customers!  We heard compelling visions and accomplishments from leading automotive companies as well as industry thought leaders and industry leaders from other disciplines outside the industry.  In fact, we heard the words “…this event clearly signifies the rebirth of automotive…”

This year we continue our formula of success.  Best Practices for Automotive, Monday through Wednesday, October 17-19, 2016 at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino will be even bigger and better than the first year.  Responding directly to customer guidance, over 80% of our presentations will be delivered by customers, truly making this a customer event by the customers and for the customers.

Exciting keynote presentations will be delivered by major industry participants such as Bosch, Center for Automotive Research (CAR), and Local MotorsWhil Concepts will discuss disruption and its impact on employees.  Mark Weatherford from the Department of Homeland Security and Chris Valasek from Uber will discuss cybersecurity in automotive. Yep…you remember Chris, hacking into a vehicle last March and taking control…well, he just demonstrated the threat again!  And of course we will hear SAP will talk about its “Innovation Strategy, its Digital Core and Vehicle Insights”!

Thirty two (32) breakout sessions across the span of the event will highlight customer stories and successes, as well as realities.  Breakout sessions will feature customer stories aligned with the themes of Finance, Manufacturing and Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Sales, Service and Aftersales and Change and People.

Best Practices for Automotive, 2016 edition, promises to continue to highlight the rebirth of the automotive industry.  Our theme this year is “Accelerating Business in the Digital Age”!  If you believe that the industry will experience disruption or cause disruption in transportation you need to be in Detroit for our Best Practices for Automotive Conference.

Join the companies and leaders who will shape the future of the automotive industry and deliver the transportation of tomorrow.  Register today!
