Until 1502 version of ByDesign we had a design limitation via which the cancellation of 3PL requests were not communicated to the warehouse providers automatically. The end users had to communicate this cancellation via manual channels to their relevant warehouse providers.
To incorporate the facility of automatically communicating cancellation of 3PL warehouse requests, what we have introduced from 1505 release is that if you cancel 3PL Request a new XML message will be triggered to your warehouse provider with the updated information of delivery quantity for the requested product as Zero. You can find a snippet of the XML tag below on how the information will look like when a cancellation of 3pl request is initiated.
We are still working on updating our documentation in the front end. However I believe this information will be helpful for every one to further streamline their 3PL process. Please get back to me if you have any more queries on the same.
