An online course is now available to software developers looking to increase their knowledge of the SAP universe, the company announced Tuesday. “Introduction to Software Development on SAP HANA” is for programmers who want an overview of the native programming capabilities of the SAP HANA platform.
Students can complete openSAP courses with four hours of self-paced study per week. |
Offered in the increasingly popular Massive Open Online Course” (MOOC) format, the course offers a flexible yet traditional classroom training via a mix of online lectures, self-tests, weekly assignments and online discussion forums. The course dovetails with existing training and certification courses from SAP Education -- and could expand to more than 1,300 universities around the globe.
The course requires only four hours of self-paced study per week. Course graduates receive a record of achievement confirming that they have taken successful first steps toward becoming an SAP HANA developer.
The six-week course starts May 27. Click here to register with the MOOC-based online learning platform openSAP.
