It is this time of the year again, where after weeks of planning and reading abstracts and deciding on a schedule for the ASUG / SAPPHIRE conference also the list of Pre - Conferences is available.

And I am proud to say that this is the sixth year in a row that I am conducting a full day BI workshop as part of these pre-conference.

For this year we changed some items slightly.

1. We limiting the workshop to 30 people so that each person has its own system and there is no need for sharing the system anymore.
2. We set the focus onto the most relevant BI clients : Analysis Office, Lumira, and Design Studio

So instead of working with each BI client for about 45 minutes, you get to really work with the three most important BI clients for 7 hours in total.

This full-day, hands-on seminar is a series of activities focused on a subset of the SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.1 products in combination with SAP NetWeaver BW and SAP NetWeaver BW powered by SAP HANA. You will learn to use the different products from the SAP BusinessObjects BI suite 4.1 in combination with SAP data. The workshop will focus on a subset of the portfolio so that you can go beyond the basic steps and also learn some advanced techniques.

The session will provide you with hands-on experience for the following products:

• SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office
• SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio
• SAP Lumira Desktop, SAP Lumira Cloud, and SAP Lumira Server

The workshop will be based on the latest product releases: SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio 1.4, SAP Lumira Server 1.x, SAP Lumira Desktop 1.21 (or higher), SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office
