The new Versions 9.2 of SAP Transportation Management, SAP Event Management and SAP Extended Warehouse Management are now generally available for all regions.

SAP Transportation Management 9.2 is now optimized to take more advantage of the benefits of SAP HANA and also supports new SAP HANA Live/Smart Business content, allowing transportation managers to identify and correct issues before they escalate. This release included new innovations such as planning using Gantt charts, container unit planning, management of empty containers or railcars as well as significant functional improvements in planning and load optimization, strategic capacity management, collaboration portal, dispute management, analytics and integration capabilities. This release provides functionality and enhancements that will benefit shippers and freight forwarders.

SAP Event Management 9.2 has been enhanced with additional SAP HANA Live/Smart Business content to enable transportation managers to keep track of their freight order executions. Based on a visually appealing Web UI for occasional and operational power users, the drill-down from an aggregated to instance level is now possible. Furthermore,
customers can create custom Fiori apps for their unique use cases.

SAP Extended Warehouse Management 9.2 continues to deliver state of the art warehouse management innovations with enhanced support for production warehousing including staging, consumption and receipts through an easy-to-use new user interfaces. Integration with SAP ERP Quality Management is further enhanced with new processes, and new and enhanced master data. Material Flow System control is enhanced to support multi-deep storage. In addition, improvements have also been made in the areas of Dock Appointment Scheduling, Labor Demand Planning as well as TCO/TCI reduction.
