The EHS Excellence Forum is an informative and insightful on day event that brings together EHS leaders, practitioners and experts to discuss and to share latest trends and practices in managing EHS operational risks, including incident management, management of change and environmental emissions management. This year’s forum is brought to you by SAP and ERM with a focus on EHS Excellence in Process Manufacturing.
Of special interest to chemical companies is the presentation by Dow Chemical on the EHS Management systems at Dow Chemical.
In addition I would like to point out a presentation on Incident Management & Management of Change given by Colgate Palmolive. Every process industry needs a way to record and keep track of incidents and control changes to equipment and processes. Although not a chemical company I believe that this presentation will have a lot applicability to the chemical industry,
I would also encourage you to attend the Design Thinking session after lunch. I have participated in a number of such sessions and I found them particularly valuable in understanding and improving processes.
