Is cloud reality for eveyone? I see that far from the main cities in third world countries, the Cloud Business is approached very cautious by entrepreneurs.

We here know the poor quality of internet services in comparison to other countries when you are away from metropolis like São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and it becomes an ammunition to favor other negative topics when talking about cloud computing.

All is not lost! Some changes are happening gradually. Internet services are improving and some entrepreneurs are taking their chances in cloud business, but such infrastructure problems in these countries affect directly the results of cloud technology-related business, the technological improvement should be a pillar of these countries economies.
