As you all know ECC and CRM system are different in many ways , Web UI , Middleware, Pricing engine, Authorization and the list goes on ... another difference which is not usually not much discussed is the post client copy processes to make the system work again . The main reason for this is Middleware . A standalone CRM may be same as an ECC system but when CRM is linked to ECC and middleware comes into picture things start getting more complicated.
