General information about Release, Upgrade and Maintenance



We, from the Development and Product Management organization, get very often general questions about our product strategy and product maintenance. The SAP Support Portal is where you can find solutions to any issues you are facing with your SAP products, report incidents when you can't find a solution, download software, get your license keys, and a lot more.

For getting information about SAP software releases, please check the Product Availability Matrix (PAM)

  • Release type (for example standard release or early adoption release)

  • Planned availability

  • Maintenance durations

  • Upgrade paths
