New Features for the DBA Cockpit Available

With the latest support packages for SAP NetWeaver 7.02 and higher, the DBA Cockpit has been enhanced with new features for database administration. Highlights include a new HADR monitoring, metrics for the global buffer pool in pureScale environments, and more monitoring functions for IBM DB2 as of version 10.1. In addition, a wide range of new screens and functions is now available for the SAP GUI-based version of the DBA Cockpit.

Avoiding Reorganizations in DB2 10.1

DB2 10.1 offers new features which help to avoid reorganizations.
