In Learn the basics about design and user experience:

• The fourth post in a series of interviews with SAP employees in a variety of roles in the area of user experience and design has been published by yours truly. This month, Meet Tina Rauschenbach, SAP Fiori Designer to find out about her job at SAP.
• I also published a new post in the UX basics series. This time the topic is, What Is a UI Control?
• Does Customer Engagement Sound Like Just a Buzzword to You? Then read this post by Ulrike Weissenberger to find out why it is a solid, hard-core matter of survival for those of us in R&D.

• The Design and Co-Innovation Center at SAP frequently organizes so-called “Method Mondays”, a regular one-hour meeting series in which the team members share, practice, and test different methods.
