My knowledge is relatively focused on experience in the United States of America, but it would be great to be able to answer the questions around what are the greatest career needs in a particular region of the world relative to the number of skilled resources available in that region.  Going a step further, a user could then use the analytics to filter based on their own personal criteria to determine what might be the most likely considerations for them to pursue to provide the greatest contribution to their community.

For example, an issue we are seeing in recent years in parts of the US is a delayed response for the need for trained pharmacists to fill the demand for employers.  Then, a number of universities provided new programs to meet those needs and now that field is somewhat saturated.

There may be opportunities for similar skills in other parts of the world that would allow for an equilibrium of supply and demand for those skills while meeting the needs of certain individuals to live in a different part of the world.

This information would also give insight to the academic industry with predictive analytics based on additional information regarding changes to demographics, changes to the general health of the population, retirement rates, etc., to suggest to universities what changes they should make to provide a stronger economic impact to the world, as a whole, and providing more satisfying career choices to individuals who have better opportunities to make an impact in their circles of influence.
