Real time train information to the passengers who are travelling..

My idea is I want people to get real-time live messages to their mobile phones, the details of the long distance trains travelling. Passengers should have a real time information from the time they board until their departure of journey.This helps the passengers to look for an alternative if the train has cancelled or suppose lets say the train is at station W and their is some track problem which takes 2 hours for it to repair and a passenger has to board at Y to give an attempt to his exam. If he doesnt have any idea about the train and waits for it he looses his exam.But if the passenger gets that the train starts after 2 hours from W he would take an alternate to his destination to avoid chaos at the last minute. As i experienced this situation I would suggest if SAP HANA cloud computing can solve this problem.
