Ok, so the title doesn't include SAP or HANA, but I'm getting there. In this video blog, I will walk you through the steps to create an Azure virtual machine with the free Visual Studio 2013 Community edition pre-installed. I then go through the process of downloading and installing the SQL Server Data Tools for BI. The video is almost 17 minutes in length, but the overall process took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. To go back to the index for the blog series, check out the Part 1 – Using #SQLServer 2014 Integration Services (#SSIS) with #SAPHANA.
NOTE: SSIS is not yet certified by the SAP ICC group. However, the content of this blog series is based on the certification criteria.
On with the show!
