Be aware of the following changes concerning the SAP NetWeaver Portal space and its subspaces on SCN:
- The space Portal was renamed into "SAP NetWeaver Portal". In this process the URL was also changed from http://scn.sap.com/community/portal into http://scn.sap.com/community/netweaver-portal.
- Subspace “Portal Content Development” was renamed into SAP NetWeaver Portal: Administration and Development (the discussion forums on "Portal Content Development" are still available and you can continue using them, the topic "Administration" was added).
- Subspace "Universal Worklist" was renamed into SAP NetWeaver Portal: Application Integration (the discussion forums on "Universal Worklist" are still available and can be used to discuss in general on "Portal Application Integration").
- Subspace "Enterprise Portal Migration" was renamed into SAP NetWeaver Portal: Migration and Upgrade (discussion forums on "Portal Migration" are still available and can be used to discuss in addition on "Portal Upgrade").
- Subspace "Enterprise Workspaces" was renamed into SAP NetWeaver Portal: Collaboration and Social (discussion forums on "Enterprise Workspaces" are still available and you can use the subspace to discuss in general on "Collaboration and Social" in SAP NetWeaver Portal).
- Subspace "Portal Platform: Ajax Framework Page" was renamed into SAP NetWeaver Portal: Usability and Look & Feel (discussion forums on "Ajax Framework Page" are still available, and you use the subspace to discuss in general on "Portal Usability/Look&Feel").
- A new subspace "SAP on-demand Portal" was created to offer you more information on our new portal cloud offering. Be aware that it is planned to rename this subspace again according to a general product renaming for the SAP NetWeaver Cloud platform.
- Subspace SAP NetWeaver Portal: Knowledge and Content Management is already available since some weeks and can be used by you to contribute and discuss on these important Portal topics.
- Subspace "Portal Implementation" was merged with the main Portal space (discussion forums were migrated and you can continue using them, you can also discuss on other general Portal topics).
- Subspace "Unification, Connectivity and Object Based Navigation" was merged with the subspace SAP NetWeaver Portal: Application Integration (discussion forums were migrated and you can continue using them in addition to other Application Integration topics).
The overviews of the new or renamed subspaces will be filled with interesting content and links in the next weeks. So please be patient when the new subspaces do not yet provide the content you expect. We are working continously on the improvement of the SAP NetWeaver Portal area since the SCN go-live.
