While the SAP conference for EPM was intended as a showcase for EPM customer achievements, we did of course have the opportunity to hear from other speakers too. One of these was Gary Cokins, founder of Analytics-Based Performance Management LLC and an authority in the world of performance management, who we were delighted to welcome as our day-2 keynote speaker.
For followers of the CFOKnowledge blog, you’ll already be familiar with Gary’s work, as he published a series of blogs to that site during the second half of 2014. If you’ve not read any of those then please take some time to have a look – they’re packed full of wonderful advice about implementing and using EPM.
