Sure, it’s true that all of our budgets, especially for training and travel, are tight, so any opportunity to save some money on world-class education is nothing to sneeze at. But while the discount is certainly a good reason to get your registration in for HR 2013 today, it’s not necessarily the best reason. This conference is dedicated to SAP HR customers--it’s all HR education, all the time, for 3 ½ days.
One of the best things about this conference is the number of SAP customers presenting their real-world accounts of HR projects and initiatives in full detail—the good, the bad, and the lessons learned along the way. Take a look at some of the customers on deck to deliver case studies:
BNSF Railway delivers a frank account of how it overcame the challenge of re-blueprinting when some of the functional specs changed during the realization phase of its SAP Learning Solution implementation
Kennametal provides insights into its strategy for fixing broken core processes in its global enterprise compensation management (ECM) system
Kiewit Corporation shares lessons from its deployment of SAP Org Visualization by Nakisa to iPads and other mobile devices

Tyson Foods provides insight into its approach for overcoming seven significant objections its operations managers had to using an electronic recruiting system (SAP e-Recruiting)
University of Kentucky explains how it used SAP ESS to streamline open enrollment—which previously required 7 data entry processors and 2 managers working up to 40 hours per week for 8 weeks
Norfolk Southern describes the process and tools it used to automate payroll reports and eliminate payroll and tax reconciliation errors
Peabody Energy provides a detailed walk-through of its best practices for using digitized documents and forms to achieve a truly “paperless” HR organization
