Hello everyone,

Yes, this time again! What fantastic news for SuccessFactors Compensation and our SuccessFactors customers!

This time again, SuccessFactors Compensation has been rated the top ‘Hot Vendor’ by Ventana Research’s Total Compensation Management Value Index.  You will find more details in the market announcement from Ventana Research available here. Here are a few thoughts about this.

About the Value Index, and the fact that SuccessFactors Compensation is leading again

You may already be familiar with the different Ventana Research’s Value Indexes.  Alike all of them, the “Value Index for Total Compensation Management” analyses and rates compensation management solutions following a very thorough methodology and seven categories: usability, manageability, reliability, capability and adaptability, which are related the functionalities of the solution, as well as vendor validation, and total cost of ownership and return on investment (TCO/ROI), which is a broader value assessment of the solution.

In addition to this, a few of our SuccessFactors customers have been interviewed by Ventana Research on their projects and usage of the SuccessFactors Compensation solution.

Thanks to this very meticulous methodology, Ventana Research is able to map vendor offerings with customer requirements, get real life insights from customers to make up the ranking of the Value Index for Total Compensation Management. SuccessFactors Compensation was leading this index in 2012.

And it just turned out that SuccessFactors Compensation is leading again in 2014. We are honored and humbled by this award, which is the result of a great team work with you, our customers.
