What does this mean? How were we evaluated?
This is a great achievement, as it demonstrates our continued leadership in Payroll Management. The Ventana Research Value Index for Payroll Management is based on a comprehensive examination of vendors’ products in seven evaluation categories, five that evaluate the products’ ability to support the full payroll process and two that address vendor validation and total cost of ownership/return on investment.
The Ventana Payroll Management research value index is a distillation of a year of market and product research made by Ventana Research. It rates the following product related categories: Usability, Manageability, Reliability, Capability, and Adaptability. In addition, TCO and ROI are considered.
