Planning is almost complete for SAPPHIRE NOW + ASUG Conference which takes place in Orlando May 5 – 7. One of my favorite parts of planning for this event is the opportunity to review all of the customer stories submitted for the Employee Central Theatre Presentation. This is where we have a customer share on stage in the theatre their story about how Employee Central transformed their HCM organization. There were so many stories submitted across industries like Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Technology to name a few.

We wanted to find a customer that truly embodied the term transformation internally as an organization as well as externally where they delivered a product or service that transforms their customers. Transformation is defined by Merriam Webster as; “a complete or major change in someone's or something's appearance, form, etc.”

This definition couldn’t be more accurate for Brooks BrothersSince 1818, Brooks Brothers has transformed the appearance of men and women with their luxury line of clothing with classic impeccable style. It is an honor to have this company as an Employee Central customer.

I can say that Brooks Brothers has transformed my professional appearance. Must have items in my travel wardrobe from Brooks Brothers include a non-iron dress shirt, wool pencil skirts from their classic line and at least two cashmere sweaters. Ok, so now you know what I will be wearing at SAPPHIRE NOW. It’s safe to say that Brooks Brothers has transformation of appearance down.

Transformation of form (ie. Brooks Brothers HR Organization) is what Justin Watras, Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness will speak about at SAPPHIRE NOW. Learn about how they strived to transform their organization into a talent factory and a highly performing culture using Employee Central along with other HCM solutions including SAP Jam and Talent to achieve their goals.

Listen to Justin share the story about how this transformation story helped them changed the way their leaders view what they are accountable for before and now.

Because this is a theatre presentation, there will be an opportunity for those interested to join him immediately after his session in the debrief conference room.

Brooks Brothers’ presentation is on Wednesday, May 6, 1:30 – 1:50 p.m., Theatre 4, Session ID: LB20615.
