Some of us from the  Employee Central Product Management team are here at SAPPHIRE ( Orlando ) - May 5-7. I am the product manager for the Global Benefits module. Its an extensive new feature on Employee Central which enables you to administer benefits of your employees across the globe. Also from an Employee's perspective, its an easy one-stop shop to view and work with their eligible benefits.

At SAPPHIRE we offer you to come and take a hands-on of how the product looks, its feature functions and understand what's coming up. We also welcome your feedback on the product. I would be happy to answer any questions on how you could leverage this at your organizations or offer it to your clients.

We are at the ASUG Usability Test Lab for the next 3 days. If you wish to meet up, please sign up here - https://experience.sap.com/usability-asug-2015/    ( Topic 19 )

If the time slots do not suit you, please drop me an email on deepika.reddy@sap.com  so we can work out a time that suits.

More About Global Benefits: Watch the Video - SuccessFactors Employee Central with Global Benefits - YouTube

Generally available since last couple of releases, Global Benefits is rapidly evolving every release. With the May 2015 ( b1505) release coming in, the product would have capability to process benefits of the kinds of allowances, claims, retirement / pensions and Insurances.

With the b1505 release, one can configure benefits for many countries across the globe. Below is a fitment we measured. OCuntries like US, Canada and the UK have special requirements for which we are enhancing our framework. Building out Open Enrollments for US Benefits is our next key priority.

Hope to see you around!

Best Regards,
