In case you missed the news, a new openSAP course called Implementation Made Simple for SAP SuccessFactors Solutions is starting on March 9.

If you're unfamiliar with openSAP, it's SAP's Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform that allows you to spend just 2-3 hours per week -- whenever convenient for your schedule -- to learn all about SAP's latest innovations.

The course is free and open to public, and while some knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors is certainly a plus, the course is designed as a self-contained learning experience that walks you through your best options and most common scenarios for implementing SAP SuccessFactors, regardless of what your starting situation might be. The course will run over four weeks and covers implementation scenarios for both core HR solutions (like Employee Central) and Talent Solutions (like Recruiting and Compensation).

The course is based on SAP SuccessFactors rapid-deployment solutions (RDS), which are SAP's best practices that consist of proven and tested configurations, presentations, test scripts, offline demos, and other tools to help you get up and running with SuccessFactors both quickly and predictably. The idea is to show you where and how to avoid "reinventing the wheel" by providing you key guidance on the implementation process. And then, of course, the course will also show you how you can customize SuccessFactors for whichever unique business needs you may have.

In fact, in the last week, we have a special guest lecturer who will walk you through hands-on demos of how to use the HANA Cloud Platform (HCP) to extend SuccessFactors. Plus, we have a guest SAP Partner who will showcase examples of successful implementations using the SAP SuccessFactors rapid-deployment solutions. In short, if you have anything to do with implementing or customizing SAP SuccessFactors, we think you'll find this course to be very useful. Hope to see you there!
