The countdown has begun for HR2013 conference which is to be held in Amsterdam on 11-13 June 2013. As most of the attendees, I am very much engaged in building my agenda nowadays. All of the sessions are attractive but some of them draw my attention more. In this blog, I would like to share the sessions I am excited about the most:

I am an HR Professional; but at the same time a BI Professional on an equal basis. So, what draws my attention the most in HR 2013 Amsterdam conference are the sessions dealing with HR Analytics. Especially the session "How to transform HR data into HR intelligence for more informed decision making" is one of the sessions I can't wait to attend. In this session, the presenter is going to talk about HR KPIs, how there are to be measured, and how HR intelligence is to be visualized and utilized. Briefly, the session will emphasize the transformation of SAP ECC data into “intellectual” analytics data.

Another very interesting session on HR Analytics is “SAP's strategic roadmap for SAP and SuccessFactors analytics solutions: Lessons for harnessing curre...” . By attending this session, I hope to gain an understanding of the latest enhancements for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors analytics as well as for BI functionality on SAP HCM.

“A guide to HR reports and dashboards that support strategic decision making” is also another attractive session for HR analytic professionals. The presenter will share ideas on how HR dashboards should be implemented in order to support the upper management with the most accurate and relevant HR data for effective decision making.

“Guidelines and best practices for deploying ESS and MSS on mobile devices” is a session by Jeremy Masters, one of the most well-known SAP HR
gurus. Jeremy will be demonstrating his experience on how to utilize the latest technological improvements to deploy self-service applications on mobile devices as well as which applications are more effectively used on the mobile platform.
