The real highlight of day one will of course be the keynote presentations by Bill McDermott (Co-CEO SAP) and Bob Calderoni (CEO, Ariba, Inc., and Member of Global Managing Board, SAP AG). Don't miss it!
Other than the short-time one-hit wonder by the Miami bass group Tag Team, SAP Support has been out there for more than 40 years - helping customers to run better. Therefore, in the course of day one I hope that you make sure to visit our SAP Active Global Support Center and/or the SAP MaxAttention Lounge. They are located directly next to each other within the Services & Support Area. There you'll also find the RDS and Services zones.Take the unique opportunity to talk to our experts and other customers to learn how to leverage SAP support services to help you execute on your innovation strategy.
As another highlight we will provide a live video link into the Mission Control Center in Newtown Square. SAP's control center approach is part of SAP's Premium Support Partnerships (SAP MaxAttention and SAP ActiveEmbedded) and will enable your business to achieve the most effective and efficient implementations and on-going operations possible. Let me provide you some more details about the setup of the SAP Active Global Support Center & SAP MaxAttention Lounge at SAPPHIRE NOW. These are some of the highlights that we have in store for you:
- 32 demo sessions allowing customers to experience how we help customers execute on their innovation strategy
- 6 expert tables to deep dive into support specific topics
- 1 demo stand showcasing latest dashboards and screens on mobile devices
- 5 one-on-one meeting rooms for SAP MaxAttention customers
- Unlimited excitement and outstanding learning experience
The demo theatre sessions will cover topics such as Innovation Control Center, Operations Control Center, SAP Solution Manager on Hana, Business Scenario Recommendations tool for SAP Business Suite on SAP HANA, Business Function Prediction Tool, and SAP Enterprise Support Academy. The expert tables will focus on SAP Innovation Control Center, SAP Operation Control Center, Build SAP like a factory, Run SAP like a factory, SAP Enterprise Support, and SAP Solution Manager.
