Exciting innovations have been taking place in the SAP BRIM space recently including a leadership position in the 2012 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management, a recently updated release of the Rapid Deployment solution, new customer names, new industries represented… The SAP BRIM team is looking forward to updating you on these events in Orlando from 14-16 May.

In September we announced the release of the BRIM Rapid Deployment Solution. The RDS is a combination of software, pre-configured content and predefined services specifically tailored for communications service providers. The solution covers six end-to-end business processes: customer and contract creation, usage charging, billing and invoicing, and account termination for both pre- and post-paid services.
