Markus Schwarz, senior vice president and global head of SAP Education, made the annual pilgrimage to SAPPHIRE NOW Orlando to speak with customers and partners, and find out first-hand what their critical challenges are with regard to enablement.
“What customers have on their mind is how to keep the skill sets of their employees up to date. And that’s really relevant not only for our partners and customers, but also for customers who are planning to adopt innovations in the next year or so”, as they tend to face the challenge of skills leakage.
One of the main ways SAP Education helps customers to prevent skills leakage in their organizations is by providing tools to help keep their skills up to date. One such tool is SAP Education’s SAP Workforce Performance Builder. This tool was front and center during the three-day SAPPHIRE NOW event.
