Meeting with SAP Mentors from all over the world was definitely one of the highlights of this years SAPPHIRENOW held in Orlando, Florida. I was fortunate enough to catch up with raquel.seville from, Jamaica. Raquel is new to the SAP Mentor group as of this year and was definitely having a great experience at SAPPHIRENOW!

What Raquel seems to enjoy most about being an SAP Mentor is the amount experts in the mentor program along with how enjoyable their personalities are. Raquel hopes to bring visibility to SAP  the Caribbean and hopes to start an inside track event in Jamaica. She realizes that there are many SAP customers in the Caribbean and by starting inside track events to gain recognition both SAP and the Caribbean could benefit hugely. When asked if Raquel could be Bill McDermott for a day she laughed and stated that she would want have SAP to connect more with their customers, but feels as though SAP's Mentor program helps largely in bridging this gap.
