You bought SAP; now it's time to learn how to optimize it by going to TechED! Start by looking at the great ASUG customer sessions at TechED.
While I was at tammy.powlas3/blog/2010/06/27/one-word-to-describe-sap-inside-track-newtown-square-625-super-fantastic a few weeks ago, a fellow attendee told me how much he enjoyed attending customer sessions at TechED. He said he "enjoyed hearing about customer innovations". He mentioned the title of the presentation and the speaker's name - this is 9 months later and this person remembers the presentation name and speaker. That is the quality of sessions we strive for on the ASUG TechED Design team.
