We’re excited to announce the hit band OneRepublic will play SAP TechEd Las Vegas! The concert will take place the evening of Thursday, Sept 15.
OneRepublic took the world by storm in 2007 with their debut album “Dreaming Out Loud”. The album included the smash first single "Apologize" which shattered digital sales and airplay records worldwide, and along with second single "Stop And Stare" propelled the album to platinum plus sales. OneRepublic made radio history when "Apologize", received the largest amount of airplay in history with 10,331 plays in one week. The Timbaland remix reached number-one in sixteen countries with 10 million downloads (the largest number of digital downloads for any song to date) and earned them a Grammy Award nomination.
The band's second album, “Waking Up”, released in late 2009 with the lead single from the album, "All the Right Moves", “Secrets”, and the current hit single “Good Life”. The band has been touring over the last year in the US and abroad. The guys like to make personal connections with fans like last month in Vienna where they held an impromptu free concert at midnight in front of the Vienna Opera House (as captured by a fan on YouTube) and a recent “Go Show” at Denver University.
Lead singer, Ryan Tedder, an accomplished producer on his own and one of the most sought after songwriters today, has written and produced hit singles for the likes of Leona Lewis, Beyonce,Jordin Sparks, Kelly Clarkson, and Jennifer Lopez and is currently working with Carrie Underwood, Rhianna, Adam Lambert and Rascal Flatts. The band is social media savvy with over 1.8 million friends on Facebook, a million listeners and 20 million plays on Last.fm, over 900,000 fans on iLike.com, and 120,000 followers on Twitter.
