You to implement the SAP Fiori app implementation foundation.

The App Activation tile of the SAPUIFT component enables you to activate:

  • ICF services of SAPUI5 applications
    Replaces manual activation in transaction SICF.

  • OData services
    Replaces manual activation in transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE.

There is an excellent guide how to enable this at SAP UI FIORI CONFIG V1.0.

Once enabled,

The tool assists you activating the respective services.
