Dear All,

Christmas and New year is here. Time to make some resolutions, of course the ones which you can keep :smile: My resolution for next year is to be more regular, write more frequently and share the exciting happenings in the Employee Central world with you. We have been seeing tremendous growth in Employee Central and Localization provided as part of this product is often cited as key differentiator.

So just before the Christmas, let me share the updates from release 1511 and continue the series of blog1,  blog2,  blog3,  blog4,  blog5 and blog6 . 

What did we work on in release 1511?

Well, for start, we enhanced our Document Generation functionality and provided support for multiple value placeholders and as-of-date handling. The details for same can be seen here. This functionality we are regularly enhancing based on your feedback. So please keep sharing your feedback as it affirms our decision to invest more in this functionality.

For Benefits, functionality was enhanced with "auto-enrollment for insurances". In addition, rounding rules for insurance coverage and premium are also supported now. A feature requested for US and CA markets, however could be also used for other markets as the Benefits framework is enhanced generically.

For Upgrade Center, we had further additions for Korea and Ireland. In addition, we also changed the 10 day deadline for undo to 30 days. So customers would be able to explore and if needed, undo the change applied via upgrade center till 30 days. After 30 days the change will become permanent.

In addition we further enhanced the masterdata localization for Belgium, Sweden, Germany, Brazil, Ireland and Korea. We also worked on the Advances functionality to support additional workflow functionality enhancements like in-flight changes, send back etc.

All of that in release 1511 and few additional features which will get released in future releases. Will share more on the new features in future blogs. Until then, keep watching this space.
