While “Hub” means completely different things in German and English, SAP Translation Hub can be seen as both a hub = centre for SAP translations and a hub = platform, providing a business service on the HANA Cloud Platform. It’s not a seal weld-lip (= technical hub) nor a shaft to collar connection (= mechanical hub) – and it’s exactly these slight differences that we are aiming to ensure in SAP Translation Hub by using the right SAP terminology and our secret set of algorithms. SAP Translation Hub is definitely a hub = turnstile for enabling your software to be localized into new languages to accelerate your successful take-off into global markets.
