SAP HANA Information Model for Master Data

Analytic view for Purchase Volume Data for Vendor


This analytic view provides line item amount data and valuation differences for accounting documents.

The analytic view provides an aggregated view on purchase volume per vendor, country, business year, company code, and purchase organization.


1.       Select package, Click NEW -Create New Analytical View & give technical name details.

2.       As a result you should see below screen.

3. Drag & drop BSIK table in to Data Foundation.

Navigate to your package, expand the folder and select the attribute views for Vendor , Vendor Company Code & Vendor Purchase ORG drop in to Logical Join.

4. Select Data Foundation, In the details screen, select below listed columns, Right Click > Add to Output.

LIFNR

GJAHR

WAERS

ZTERM

DMBTR

5.       Join below Columns from Data foundation to Attribute Views.

6. Final Steps.

Analytic View for Vendor-Material Relationship


This analytic view is used to select materials that are supplied by vendors.

1. Select package, Click NEW - Create New Analytical View.

2. As a result you should see below screen.

3. Drag & drop EINA table in to Data Foundation.

Navigate to your package, expand the folder and select the attribute views for Material and Vendor and drop in to Logical Join.

4. Select Data Foundation , In the details screen, select below listed columns, Right Click > Add to Output.

WGLIF

LTSNR

MFRNR

5. As a result you should see Data Foundation Filled with Columns.

6. Join below Columns from Data foundation to Attribute Views.
