Have you been wondering how you could get your hands onto a SAP ERP on SAP HANA system? So far you could have setup one on premise or could have gotten one from SAP in their SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud. Now there is the third option to get one either on Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure via the SAP Cloud Appliance Library. For this please choose “SAP ERP Foundation Extension V2 - Demo/Evaluation Appliance Landscape Trial”:

After activation you can create an instance either on Amazon or Microsoft:

Which will again have to be activated once you completed the instance creation:

During activation the two instances will appear in your EC2 dashboard in case of using Amazon:

Once fully activated you can connect via SAPGUI and perform the few necessary configuration steps as per the SAP ERP Foundation Extension Trial Offer – User Guide:

As a result you can for example log into Fiori:

To get to this was under 2 hours. Wow. Well done SAP
