A new round of Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) projects has been announced, where customers can register, before April 10th, for specific CEI topics. There are 100 new CEI topics total for this round, with a mix of application and technology items. Most of the topics are applicable for High Tech companies, other than a handful specific to industries other than High Tech.
CEI enables customers to channel feedback and requirements directly to SAP product teams, through joint feedback sessions. Feedback can be on business case level or on concrete functional development. CEI projects are kicked off three times per year – this is the first of 2015. Depending on the type of CEI project, the offered activities can differ: there can be phone conferences, workshops in SAP labs, participation in test activities or visits of the members from SAP product teams to a customer's facilities.
You only need to logon or register once at https://influence.sap.com/ and then either review all projects or browse by “Line of Business”, “Industry” or “Products” via the top navigation. Once an applicable project is identified, you simply click on “Register now” on the project page (again,before April 10, 2015 for this round). Furthermore, you can “follow” any of the areas underneath “Line of Business”, “Industry” or “Products” to be automatically updated about new projects.
