Bonnie D. Graham

A talk radio and cable TV broadcast journalist since 1995, media producer / host Bonnie D. Graham created and launched SAP Coffee Break with Game-Changers Radio in Fall 2011. Since then, she has developed six additional themed Game-Changers radio series for SAP. On each episode, Bonnie moderates a panel of thought leaders, practitioners, journalists and / or educators from across the business spectrum and the globe, to share timely technology and strategy insights for businesses of all sizes, industries, geographies, and maturities. Bonnie will be the host of Thursday's show, and she will be facilitating the discussion on "Next Generation Product Lifecycle Management."  Bonnie will be joined on the broadcast by three seasoned experts:


 

Jeff Hojlo

As Program Director, Product Innovation, Jeff Hojlo leads IDC Manufacturing Insights research and analysis of the PLM market, including topics such as the development of an innovation platform and the intersection of product design, development, and digital manufacturing.  Mr. Hojlo is also responsible for research on business and IT issues related to the engineering oriented value chain (EOVC), which includes automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial machinery, and heavy equipment manufacturers, as well as the technology oriented value chain (TOVC), which includes manufacturers in the electronics and semiconductor markets.


Complementing 20 years of experience in the IT industry in product marketing roles with companies such as Engage, RSA Security, and Performaworks, Mr. Hojlo has worked for the past 10 years in the PLM industry. Most recently, he was global industry marketing lead at Siemens PLM Software for multiple industries including food & beverage, consumer products, industrial machinery, and heavy equipment, and prior to that, an Analyst at AMR Research where he conducted research and analysis of Product Innovation and the PLM market across industry from consumer goods to high tech.


Mr. Hojlo regularly contributes to the IDC Manufacturing Insights Community (http://idc-insights-community.com/manufacturing) and tweets (@jeffhojlo) about business and IT issues relevant to manufacturers and their product innovation strategy.  He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst



Alan F. Mendel

Alan is the Vice President of Strategic Consulting, Sales and Marketing, Co-Founder of LeverX, Inc.

Alan is responsible for the strategic consulting practice, sales and corporate marketing for LeverX. He is a recognized worldwide authority, author and frequent speaker on methodologies and technology solutions for product lifecycle management (PLM) throughout the extended enterprise and supply chain. He works with mid-sized and large enterprises to identify product lifecycle challenges and how to adopt PLM industry best practices and leverage their investments in SAP solutions to meet their business objectives.

Alan has spent almost three decades consulting internationally with organizations from many industries and technology suppliers on the development, use, implementation, and market for solutions to address the product lifecycle. He has assisted SAP since the mid-1990’s in the specification, development and worldwide launch of their SAP PDM and PLM programs. Prior to joining LeverX, Alan spent eight years as an industry analyst and consultant in the PLM market establishing the internationally recognized and leading consulting firm, CIMdata, Inc.

Alan has a B.S. in Design Engineering and Technology from Brigham Young University. An avid traveler, outdoorsman, and skier, Alan resides in Salt Lake City.

David Parrish

Dave is the Global Director of Industrial Machinery & Components Solutions Marketing for SAP. Before joining SAP, David held various product and industry marketing positions with J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, and QAD going back to 1999. Prior to J.D. Edwards, Dave held transportation, warehouse, manufacturing, purchasing, and materials management roles in the industrial, automotive, and medical device sectors. Dave has a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois-Urbana, an MBA in Transportation Management from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
