For IQ 16 installations in the HEC/MCD environment - typically NLS related - we apply the following recommendations in the database configuration file:
19% of RAM for Load Memory (-iqlm)
39% of RAM for Main Cache (-iqmc)
19% of RAM for Temp Cache (-iqtc)
In IQ Cockpit or sp_iqstatus you will only find Main Cache +Temp Cache, which means that 'IQ Memory' consists of 58% of RAM.
Are these reasonable values?
