In the final installment of this SAP Change Control ROI series, I want to emphasize that increasing numbers of SAP customers are using their change automation and control technology to manage change across non-SAP as well as SAP enterprise software investments. The Rev-Trac Quality Center Synchronizer Adapter (RT-QC Sync Adapter) accommodates HP Quality Center requirements, so discovered defects are automatically synchronized with Rev-Trac requests. This allows both requirements and defects noted by HP QC to be mirrored inside Rev-Trac, and vice-versa. Each corresponding pair is linked, such that updates or modifications performed in one product are automatically reflected in the other.
