With the upcoming EGI series on test management being run in June and July it is a good time to review your current approach to Test Management. Testing is often the largest cost associated with change. By adopting SAP’s best practices to testing there is the potential to significantly reduce time and cost. By starting now on the below approach you could have a working Proof of Concept live by the end of July.

• Assess Best Practice against your existing strategy to identify gaps and potential benefits.
• Confirm scope for Proof of Concept – POC.
• Build Business case and get sign-off
• Prepare existing Solution Manager to run EGI – see Prerequisites for Test Management
• Align POC scope to EGI’s and assign resources
• Complete POC via EGI’s – see schedule below
• Evaluate results
