This session provides an overview of SAP’s new maintenance planning tool, Maintenance Planner. Maintenance planner is a hosted solution that supports customers in effectively planning landscape changes. It is the successor of maintenance optimizer, landscape planner, and LMDB product system editor functionalities, including verification, consolidating critical tasks such as definition of product maintenance dependencies, generating stack.xml files, and selecting archives in a single tool. Maintenance planner offers several advanced features, significantly simplifying the process.
