Continuing our meet the ASUG speaker series at SAP TechEd && d-code series I am pleased to introduce heiko.zuerker who is speaking at ASUG SAP TechEd d-code session ITM 120 How to be Successful with Run SAP Like a Factory

About Heiko:

Heiko Zuerker is an IT Manager at Rockwell Automation. Born and raised in Germany, he moved to the United States in 2001. Heiko has over 20 years of IT experience, including various roles in desktop and server support, security, and SAP Basis.

More recently, he has been focusing on SAP continuous improvement and has been a pioneer in implementing “Run SAP Like a Factory.”

If he’s not working late at the office, you find him either presenting at the SAP TecheEd, diving with sharks, or crawling through Lake Michigan shipwrecks.

This year's presentation is very special to him, since it's his 5 year anniversary for presenting at the SAP Teched/d-code through ASUG.
