Time to use PPM on Solution Manager

PPM (Project and Portfolio Management)

Is the tool that allow us to control our projects in Solution Manager, you can control all the info releated to project and budget,

There is 2 main component, Project Management and Portfolio Management, If you use MSProject, Project Management with PPM is piece of cake for you :- ))

Assign the roles

• To use PPM you need to assign the role  SAP_BPR_PPM to your user.

Activate the functionality

• Using the transaction SICF you need to activate:
• /default_host/sap/bc/nwbc
• /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/inm*
• /sap/bc/webdynpro/rpm/*

Usage Rights:

I found this information on internet, filename: PPM_Solman_UsageRights_052014.pdf (I dont remember the link but I share the most important slides)

Now navigate to http://<Solman.domain>:<Port>/nwbc  , go to the Project Management and start to play
