The workforce for technology companies is changing and SAP Canada is taking action. On September 8, SAP Canada was named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People 2014. This award highlights SAP Canada’s efforts to hire many interns and pair them with experienced employees for mentoring.
SAP Canada also received the award because of its SAP University Ambassadors where employees act as ambassadors for university students and for offering social sabbaticals to high potential employees.
Finding and building young talent is important to the continued growth of a strong technology company and SAP Canada has taken note of, and is growing, its local Made In Canada talent.
