In the Spotlight: SAP Canada’s PSD Team

The North American Partner Service Delivery team comprises of 35 diverse professionals working together from Montreal, enabling SAP’s Partners to grow and simplify their business.

We interact with over 1200 partners in North America and drive business impact though different partner initiatives, such as:



• Accelerate “time to operation” for partners via on-boarding services so that they can be active and sell faster
• Advise and help partners on SAP resell authorizations, Certifications and qualification programs
• Proactively interact on partner support options, VAR Delivered Support Model & Partner Center of Expertise Certification 
• Work closely with the SAP Education team, promoting the value of SAP Certification and associated SAP products 
• Assure partner enablement reviews & plans 
• Enable partners on SAP’s products and aligning them with SAP strategic objectives & strategy

We are the proud recipients of the 2013 PSD Regional Centre of the Year Award. We look forward to 2014 and beyond!
